Major state fairs finalize vendor contracts 12-18 months before opening day. Early contact is essential to secure your spot at your premier events.

Peak dates fill quickly. Early booking is strongly recommended, especially for multi-day and multi-week packages.

50% deposit required to secure your state fair dates
Balance due on the first day of the fair or by the last day of the fair
Payment accepted via check, purchase order, credit card, or ACH transfer
Municipal invoicing and W-9 forms available upon request

State Fair Requirements & Setup

Space Requirements

Minimum booth space: 10x30 feet or larger
Preferred: 10x40 feet for optimal crowd flow and interaction zones

Indoor space preferred; outdoor space acceptable

Setup Requirements

Access to standard electrical outlet (110V)
Shaded area if outdoors (we have tent/canopy)
Indoor space preferred for extreme weather conditions
We arrive 90-120 minutes before fair opens for setup
Breakdown takes approximately 60-120 minutes after fair closes
