Expos within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI include no additional travel fees.
For expos located beyond 50 miles: $0.75 per mile (one-way) from Green Bay.
Example: An expo 120 miles away would add $52.50 travel fee (70 miles × $0.75)

Our Role at Your Expo
Repterience is a featured attraction and educational entertainment vendor, not a sales exhibitor. Our pricing reflects professional programming that draws crowds and enhances the overall expo experience. We do not pay vendor booth fees—we are hired as entertainment/education to increase your expo's value and attendance.

Deposit & Payment
50% deposit required to secure your expo date
Balance due on first day of expo or via invoice within 30 days
Payment accepted via check, credit card, ACH transfer, or PayPal
W-9 and invoicing available for business accounting

Cancellations 90+ days before expo: Full refund of deposit
Cancellations 60-89 days before: 50% deposit refund
Cancellations less than 60 days: Deposit non-refundable (may be applied to future expo)
Insurance & Permits
Fully Insured: Comprehensive general liability coverage for public events
Certificate of Insurance: Provided upon request for venue requirements
Permits: We maintain all necessary permits for handling and transporting reptiles
USDA Compliance: All animals legally owned and transported per federal regulations
Additional Insured: Expo organizers can be named as additional insured if required
