Intro to Reptiles

  • 45-minute interactive program

  • Ideal for storytime groups or single-age programs

  • Maximum capacity: 35 participants

  • Meet and safely touch 5-6 reptiles including snakes, lizards, and turtles

Family Discovery Program

$375

  • 60-75 minute engaging presentation

  • Designed for multigenerational family audiences

  • Maximum capacity: 75 participants

  • Meet 8-10 diverse reptile species including a large constrictor

  • Choose your educational theme: STEM & Adaptation, Ecosystems & Conservation, or Wildlife Careers

  • Supervised hands-on interaction time for all ages

Premium Library Event

  • Up to 2 hours of programming or two consecutive sessions

  • Maximum capacity: 100+ participants (or multiple age-group sessions)

Travel Fees

Programs within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI include no additional travel fees.

For libraries located beyond 50 miles: $0.75 per mile (one-way) from Green Bay.

Example: A library 80 miles away would add $22.50 travel fee (30 miles × $0.75)

Multi-Branch Discount

Book 2 or more branches within the same library system and receive 15% off the second program when scheduled within the same month.

Example: Two branches each book the Family Discovery Program ($375 each). Total cost: $375 + $319 = $694 (save $56!)

Booking Information

Service Area

We serve public libraries throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.

Advance Booking

  • Summer reading programs: Book 6-12 months in advance for best availability

  • Fall/winter programming: Book 2-3 months in advance

  • Popular dates fill quickly during peak library programming season (May-August)

Deposit & Payment

  • $100 deposit required to secure your date

  • Balance due on day of program

  • Payment accepted via check, purchase order, cash, or credit card

  • Invoicing available for municipal accounting requirements

Space & Setup Requirements

  • 10x20 to 10x30 feet of clear floor space

  • Access to standard electrical outlet

  • Indoor space preferred; covered outdoor space acceptable

  • Seating area for participants (chairs, floor space, or combination)

  • Climate-controlled environment (65-80°F)

  • We arrive 30 minutes early for setup

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit

  • Cancellations 14-29 days before: 50% deposit refund

  • Cancellations less than 14 days: Deposit non-refundable (may be applied to rescheduled date)

  • Animal Welfare: All animals are healthy, well-socialized, and handled according to best practices

  • Participant Safety: All interactions are supervised; hand sanitizer provided
