Travel Fees
Events within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI have no additional travel fees. For locations beyond 50 miles, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (one-way from Green Bay) applies.
We serve Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and surrounding states. Multi-day events may include travel, lodging, and meals in package pricing—contact us for details.
Space & Setup Requirements
Space: Minimum 10x20 feet, preferably 10x30 feet for larger packages
Location: Indoor or covered outdoor space with climate control preferred
Temperature: 65-85°F for animal welfare
Electrical: Access to standard outlets
Accessibility: Easy load-in/load-out access for equipment and animal transport
Parking: Space for program vehicle near setup area

Deposit & Payment
50% deposit required to secure your event date
Balance due on day of event or net 30 with approved credit
Payment accepted via check, cash, credit card, ACH, Venmo, or PayPal
W-9 and invoicing available for corporate accounting departments
Purchase orders accepted from established businesses
Insurance & Liability
Repterience LLC is fully insured for all events and public programming
General liability coverage with certificates provided upon request
Additional insured status available for venues and clients
All necessary permits for handling and transporting reptiles
USDA compliant operations
Cancellation Policy
60+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
30-59 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable
Weather-related cancellations: Flexible rescheduling available at no additional charge

We maintain strict safety protocols, provide hand sanitizer at all events, and ensure both human and animal welfare throughout the program. Our animals are well-socialized, healthy, and rotated regularly to prevent stress.
We accommodate accessibility needs and can adjust programming for sensory-friendly experiences. Emergency protocols are in place, and staff are trained in first aid.

Can you work around our other vendors and event schedule?
Definitely. We're experienced at coordinating with other entertainment, food vendors, and event timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Are the animals safe around large crowds?
Yes. All our animals are well-socialized and accustomed to public events. We carefully monitor their stress levels and have backup animals available if needed. Safety is our top priority for both attendees and animals.
What happens if it rains or gets too hot/cold?
We require climate-controlled or covered space to protect the animals. Outdoor events should have a backup indoor location available. We'll work with you to ensure proper conditions.
