Travel Fees
Events within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI include no additional travel fees.
For events located beyond 50 miles: $0.75 per mile (one-way) from Green Bay.
Example: An event 100 miles away would add $37.50 travel fee (50 miles × $0.75)

We serve city events and festivals throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.
Advance Booking
Summer festivals (June-August): Book 6-12 months in advance
Spring/fall events: Book 3-6 months in advance
Peak dates fill quickly—early booking recommended
Deposit & Payment
50% deposit required to secure your event date
Balance due on day of event or via invoice within 30 days
Payment accepted via check, purchase order, credit card, or ACH transfer
Municipal invoicing and W-9 forms available upon request

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 60+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% deposit refund
Cancellations less than 30 days: Deposit non-refundable (may be applied to rescheduled date)
Weather-related cancellations: Flexible rescheduling with no penalty

Setup Requirements
Access to standard electrical outlet (110V)
Shaded area if outdoors (tent/canopy acceptable)
Indoor space preferred for extreme weather conditions
Climate considerations: 65-85°F optimal for animal welfare
We arrive 45-60 minutes before event start for setup
Breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes

We monitor weather forecasts closely leading up to your event
Indoor backup space recommended for outdoor events
We can operate in light rain with adequate cover
Extreme heat (90°F+) or severe weather may require relocation or rescheduling for animal safety
Permits & Insurance
Fully Insured: Comprehensive general liability coverage for public events
Certificate of Insurance: Provided upon request for your city/venue requirements
Permits: We maintain all necessary permits for handling and transporting reptiles
USDA Compliance: All animals are legally owned and transported in accordance with federal regulations
Additional Insured: Your city/organization can be named as additional insured on our policy if required
