Multi-Day Events (2+ days)

All-inclusive pricing. Travel, lodging, meals, and logistics are built into the package price. You pay one flat rate—we handle everything. No additional travel fees.

Single-Day Events

Events within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI include no additional travel fees.

For events beyond 50 miles: $0.75 per mile (one-way) from Green Bay.

Example: A single-day event 100 miles away would be your package price plus $37.50 travel fee (50 miles × $0.75)

You may notice our county fair pricing is higher than our city event rates. Here's why:

• Larger Scale: County fairs typically have 5-10x more attendees than city festivals
• Peak Season Demand: Summer fair season (June-August) is our busiest time with limited availability
• Extended Commitment: Multi-day fairs require us to be away from home for extended periods
• Overnight Logistics: Multi-day events include lodging, meals, and animal care away from our facility
• Higher Visibility: County fairs are signature community events with greater impact and exposure
• Complex Setup: Fair environments require more extensive displays and crowd management systems
• Our all-inclusive multi-day pricing eliminates hassle for fair boards—one flat fee covers everything with no surprise costs.

Booking Information

Service Area

We serve county and state fairs throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa. We're also available for fairs in surrounding states—contact us to discuss travel logistics.

Advance Booking

• Summer fair season (June-August): Book 9-12 months in advance
• Spring/fall fairs: Book 6-9 months in advance
• Peak dates fill quickly: Early booking strongly recommended, especially for multi-day packages

Deposit & Payment

• 50% deposit is required to secure your fair dates
• Balance due on the first day of the fair or by the last day of the fair
• Payment accepted via check, purchase order, credit card, or ACH transfer
• Municipal invoicing and W-9 forms available upon request

• Contact us with your fair dates, location, and expected attendance
• We'll recommend the best package for your fair's needs and budget
• Receive detailed quote and contract
• Submit 50% deposit to confirm booking
• We coordinate all logistics 4-6 weeks before your fair
• We arrive early on opening day for setup—you focus on other fair details!

Fair Requirements & Setup

Space Requirements

• Basic Package: 10x20 feet minimum
• Standard Package: 10x20 to 10x30 feet
• Premier Package: 10x20 or larger
• Level ground or flat surface required
• High-traffic location preferred for maximum visibility

Setup Requirements

• Access to standard electrical outlet (110V)
• Shaded area if outdoors (We have a tent if we need one)
• Indoor space preferred for extreme weather conditions
• We arrive 60-120 minutes before fair opens for setup
• Breakdown takes approximately 2 Hours after fair closes

• Controlled Interaction: Designated interaction zones with clear safety protocols
• Hand Sanitizer Stations: Provided before and after animal contact
• Professional Barriers: Tables and displays create safe boundaries for guests and animals
• Constant Supervision: Gary and Laura personally monitor all guest interactions
• Animal Welfare Priority: Animals are rotated and rested throughout the day to ensure health and comfort
• Weather Monitoring: We closely monitor conditions and relocate animals if temperatures become unsafe
• Emergency Protocols: Staff trained in first aid and emergency response procedures
